- All ages: The USSSA mark must be permanently applied by a licensed maker (no stickers). Bats with any ball suggestion printed on them are illegal. USSSA's rulebook link was down, so length and barrel limits aren't confirmed.
Stamps used in USSSA Fastpitch
- USSSA fastpitch mark: USSSA's fastpitch certification, permanently applied by a licensed maker. Stickers and decals don't count. Official list.
- one-piece solid wood: One-piece solid wood is legal almost everywhere without a stamp. Multi-piece, laminated, bamboo and composite-wood bats usually do need a certification mark.
